New releaze

In this release, the following changes are made:

► It will be added to the button 'update' in the tabs 'debtors' and 'creditors' in order to the choice of patients could make the parameters — the amount of debt or overpayment.

► It will be added to the selection history of the other (unspecified) protocol.

► Fields 'Complaints', 'Development …', 'Data …' in the map of the teeth will not close dental formula.
